At Homestead Sketches, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it.

  • Must be unused and uninstalled (if applicable).

  • Must include original packaging, components, and tags.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that are used, damaged, or altered in any way not due to manufacturer defect are not eligible for return.

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A prepaid return shipping label (if applicable)

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • The incorrect item was received

This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation Rights

All orders are subject to acceptance by Homestead Sketches.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Pricing inaccuracies

  • Stock availability issues

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
