How does this work?
Simply upload a photo of your home (or use the main image from your Zillow listing). We’ll create a custom watercolor portrait and send you a digital proof before shipping your physical print.
What if I don’t have a great photo of my house?
No problem! You can use the primary image from your home’s Zillow or Redfin listing. We’ll take care of the rest and ensure it looks great in watercolor.
Can I choose the size or framing options?
Yes — we offer multiple print sizes and optional framing upgrades. You’ll be able to select your preferred format when placing your order.
What’s included with each order?
Each order includes a hand-crafted digital watercolor portrait, a digital proof for approval, and a high-quality printed version shipped to your door. Framing is optional.
How long does it take to receive my order?
You’ll receive a digital proof within 3–5 business days. Once approved, physical prints ship within 5–7 business days. Framed orders may take slightly longer.
Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely! Many of our customers send Homestead Sketches as housewarming, closing, or holiday gifts. You can include a custom gift note at checkout.
Do you offer bulk or realtor gifting options?
Yes — we work with real estate agents, builders, and other professionals to create memorable gifting experiences. Contact us for volume pricing and custom options.
What if I’m not happy with the artwork?
We’ll send you a preview before printing so you can request small adjustments. If you’re not satisfied after that, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only — but we’re working on expanding soon!
Can I use an old home photo or historic image?
Yes — as long as the image is clear enough, we can turn it into a sketch. Feel free to email us first if you’re unsure.
